Salad with beetroot and cheese

Ingredients
450-500 g boiled beetroot
100-150 g feta cheese
1 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp yogurt
balsamic vinegar
2-3 cloves garlic
olive oil (sunflower oil)
salt

Method
Beets peel and cut into cubes, strips or optional. Add olive oil (sunflower oil) and balsamic vinegar, stir. Garlic cut into small pieces and mixed with crumbled feta cheese, yogurt, mayonnaise and stir until a smooth, thick sauce. Season beets mixed with already finished sauce or serve on beet put the sauce.

I did a pretty salad modified: put instead of ricotta cheese and mayonnaise. I liked it, but I'm sure that the original version is better. Will buy groceries and share opinion soon.

I've done pretty much the same. The differences are that shred the cooked beets, do not put cheese instead of mayonnaise and pickled. milk can put sour cream. Season with more pepper and parsley. Very tasty and useful :)

We very much liked the recipe! Mostly because of the cheese.
