Donuts Irka

Ingredients
4 yolks
1 package dry yeast (dry yeast for 500 g flour)
pinch of salt
1 tsp sugar
250 ml milk
500 g flour
50 g melted butter

Method
Yeast blurs with milk and sugar. Add a little flour and let it rise in a warm place. Then all the ingredients are mixed and kneaded medium soft dough. Roll out to a thickness of about 0.5 cm and a cut glass circles. Less cap (e.g. lipstick) is cut in the middle holes. Fry immediately and served with chocolate spread, topping, jam or sprinkled with powdered sugar.
