Ingredients
500 g shrimp
400 g mayonnaise
200 g sour cream
2 drops Tabasco sauce
3 tsp ketchup
1/2 grapefruit
1/2 lemon
pepper
2-3 drops of cognac
Method
Shrimp cut into cubes, add the mayonnaise and cream. Stir until homogeneous. Add lemon juice and grapefruit, Tabasco sauce, ketchup, pepper and cognac. Mix well. Allow to stand for about 1 hour and serve.
