Ingredients
# For the dough:
3 yolks
150 g butter
300 g flour
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
100 ml milk
50 g sugar
# For the cream:
3 egg whites
200 g sugar
100 g chopped walnuts
50 g hip jam
rind of 1 lemon

Method
Cream is prepared by the three egg whites are broken down in a dry container with 200 g of sugar to thicken. Add marmalade, broken walnuts and lemon peel. Divide into two parts. The dough is prepared by stir the butter with the sugar, gradually add the egg yolks and broken down to graying. Add 3 tbsp milk and flour mixed with baking powder. Involved soft dough and is divided into 3 parts, one of which is significantly greater than the other. Both parts are left in the freezer to firm. The third largest part of the dough is kneaded with the remaining milk and spread in a medium pan. Pour one part of the cream, scraping the top one half of the dough, cream again, and top grate the rest of the dough. Bake in preheated oven until ready and once cool, cut into rhomboids.

cake is very nice - the most liked crispy buttery crust on top. Expected protein mixture tastes similar to kiss, but it is not. I changed the recipe to the available products - instead of hip jam put chocolate. I added a few sweet cherries. I went without nuts.
