Shpikovano leg of lamb

Ingredients
1 leg of lamb
lemon 1
2 heads of garlic
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
salt, pepper, rosemary
olive oil
small beer or wine

Method
On leg incisions for shpikovane. Add salt and sprinkle with pepper. Peel garlic, crushed and shpikova leg. Pour plenty of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Lemon peel and grate leg is smeared with it. Then smeared with balsamic vinegar. Pin a few sprigs of rosemary. Watered with plenty of olive oil and turn in foil. Put it in a preheated oven at 220 C. When the lamb is browned unscrewed fthe oil and pour a little beer or wine. Continue baking at 160 ° C
