Sponge cake with plum jam

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 egg (maybe more)
3/4 cup sunflower oil
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp vinegar
2 and 1/2 cup flour
1 cup plum jam (cherries, cherries)
1 tsp cinnamon

Method
Beat the egg with the sugar, gradually add the oil, then - yogurt (mixed with baking soda and vinegar). Then gradually add the flour (mixed with cinnamon) and finally plum jam. Pour into greased with butter and floured form (the form can be lined with baking paper, lightly greased) and bake at 200C degrees for about an hour.
