Sponge cake with tea and jam

Ingredients
2 eggs
300 g sugar
20 g baking powder
2 tbsp jam
2 tbsp sunflower oil
350 g flour
1 tsp Tea Rooibos
pinch of salt
vanilla
Method
Eggs break with the salt to blanching, then add sugar and continue to be broken down. Pour the oil, jam and tea, brewed in 250 ml water (must be cold). Finally add the flour mixed with baking powder. Mix everything well. Pour in shape with a diameter of 25 cm and baked at 180C.
