Sponge cake with vinegar and pepper

Ingredients
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
3 tbsp hip jam
1 cup water
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp baking soda
2-3 peppercorns (crushed)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 cup flour
1/2 cup sunflower oil

Method
In 1 cup water was stirred for 3 tbsp hip jam to obtain nectar. In a glass pour 1 tbsp vinegar and 1 tsp baking soda, stirred until no foam. All products were stirred to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Pour into cake pan, greased with sunflower oil and flour. Bake in preheated moderate oven.
