Stuffed chips

Ingredients
1 large potato
1 egg white
# stuffing optional, for example:
anchovy
feta cheese
garden spices, chopped
roasted pepper pieces
another of your choice
Method
Potatoes are washed and cut very thin wafers, the most easy going with peeler. On each plate put the filling, coated with plenty of egg white slightly broken, capped with a second disc, pressed lightly and bake oven on paper at 180 C until golden. Sprinkle with seasoning of your choice. The chips is ideal for garnish to fish, breaded cheese cordon bleu, or summer salads.

ooo ... so I have not done it ... will try :) my variyant is arrange them shaibite of cooking paper and bake them, they shrink when baked and then fill them ...

Many original recipe certainly will try.
