5 cloves garlic

Method
Eggplant cut into slices, Add salt and leave to drain to release their bitter water. Then fry. Carrots, celery and onions are cut into cubes. Fry them until soft vegetables and add them to the garlic. Two tomatoes are peeled, cut and put in other products. Add salt to taste. The mixture is allowed to boil until the liquid boil off. Fried eggplant lining in a baking dish, as between them put on vegetable mixture. Top dish covered with slices of tomato. Bake in a moderate oven. Once removed sprinkle with parsley.

Major, you can replace it with thyme or Provencal herbs. According to me, and lavender have done a good job as the ingredients are similar to those for *Ratatouille.*

imambayalda th is traditional Turkish food, but I know it in the original (of chefs) and so I always cooked with celery eggplant (raw), which are filled in the cut with carrots, onions, garlic and very parsley. Is baked in the oven. Unique delicious vegetarian dish for summer. It rather reminds me of lean intoned *moussaka* with aubergines. Which of course does not diminish the success of this recipe and taste of the meal! :)
