Traditional Korean pancakes (Hoddeok)

Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 tbsp white sugar
2 tsp dry yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (almonds, peanuts)
sunflower oil for frying

Method
In a bowl pour 1 cup warm water (not hot), adding yeast, white sugar, salt, and the oil and stirred to dissolve the sugar.
