Ingredients
250 g colored macaroni (spirals)
250 g mushrooms
3 tbsp soy sauce
150 g olives
2 tomatoes
3 sprigs parsley
3 sprigs of dill
3 tbsp sunflower oil
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp basil
150 g cheese
Method
Boil macaroni in salted water, good rinse with cold water and drain. Sauté mushrooms with soy sauce for no more than 10 minutes to remain crisp, Remove with a slotted spoon. In the juice left over from the mushrooms, cut parsley, dill, add the basil, the oil, vinegar and all this passaged. In a bowl put the pasta, sliced tomatoes, mushrooms, olives, pour marinade and stir. Top garnished with feta cheese, diced.
