Veal tongue with tomatoes and cheese

Ingredients
200 g feta cheese
400 g beef tongue
200 g tomatoes
40 g rice
1 onion
4 eggs
40 g butter
parsley
mint
salt
Method
Language is boiled in salted water and peel under running water. Rice and some grated onions smothered in 150 ml water and a little butter. Add mint. Peeled tongue cut into thin strips and along with the rest of the onion fry in heated butter. At the end add the beaten eggs and fry with constant stirring. To the resulting mixture, steamed rice and stir. Cut the tomatoes into thick rings of about 0.5 cm. In court, which will be served appetizer, arrange the tomatoes on top pour the finished mixture and sprinkle with finely grated feta cheese. Decorate with parsley.
