Method
Molten butter mix with sugar until white. Add the eggs and continue to beat. Then there are added milk, water and flour sifted with baking powder. Mix well to form a thick cake mix (if you do it very rarely add more flour). Add cinnamon, coarsely chopped walnuts and ground hazelnuts and stir. Place in a greased and floured pan with a diameter of 25-30 cm and bake in preheated oven at 150-200C degrees. Pricked with a fork or skewer until slightly warm. Once cool is something like a hard base. Put water and sugar on the stove until boil. Put a packet of vanilla and a little citric acid or lemon juice. Let the syrup to boil 5-10 minutes to get a little thicker. Pour base had grown cold with hot syrup. Peeled and chopped fruit (in the case of apples and pears) put in a suitable container with sugar and 1-2 tbsp water and caramelize until thickened. Put them on the cake and spread them over the entire surface. Optional can be sprinkled with walnuts. * The syrup is made according to your preferences - lighter or very sweet. The amount of nuts can also be adjusted. It is desirable to make the cake more pan to become flattened, and therefore better moist.
