Warm cream sauce - a simple

Ingredients
1 cup (200 ml) bone potion
1 cup (200 g) cream or drained yogurt
1 tbsp (10 g) fat
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1 tbsp (10 ml) white wine
spices
salt
Method
The fat is heated and in it fry the flour redness. Dilute with bone cold brew or water with constant stirring, add salt and spices, boil and boil for 3-4 minutes. The sauce is retired from the fire, add the wine and thicken with the cream (yogurt). to Serve hot meat dishes with pastry trimmings.
