Wild rabbit stew

Ingredients
150 g of meat
20 g lard, sunflower oil or butter
one small onion
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp flour
30 g cream
salt
Method
Marinated rabbit wash . In combination with the entrails cut portions. Chopped onion put in fat and fry. Add the meat and when choke sprinkles paprika, add hot water and boil until tender. Flour mix with the cream and pour into the stew, the meat is fully boiled. The dish simmer for 1-2 minutes. Serve with pasta, steamed rice or couscous. These products are for one portion.
