Ingredients
1 zucchini
2 potatoes
1 onion
2 carrots
1 tomato
1/3 cup Rice
2 cloves garlic
dill
1 tsp red pepper
pepper, salt
5 tbsp olive oil

Method
In oil consistently fry the diced onions, carrots, zucchini and potatoes. Retired from heat and add 1 tsp paprika. Place the rice and stir until translucent. Make a little warm water, add salt and put pepper. Can be used instead of salt some vegetable seasoning. When the potatoes and the rice is almost cooked, add the garlic cloves and chopped tomatoes (can be used canned). Allow to boil a little while remain fat, add finely chopped dill and kotlonat off.

It is very tasty, but I put everything in raw baking pan and bake.
And this is the idea. I do so in order to keep vegetables crisp. And will try your way. :)

Last night, this cooked, this time I added something canned meat. Very tasty dish, my husband loved it too. Especially it noted several times asking me what products I used, other times I've cooked zucchini were so delicious. From now on, this recipe will still use a dish with zucchini.
