Egg Boil and grate. Bread soaked in water, drained and mixed with the egg. Add olives, onions and garlic. All this is passaged. Season with olive oil, salt and lemon. Serve with rakia, ouzo or of wine

Remove pits and olives are cut in large pieces. Mix Blend garlic, grated lemon rind and lemon juice. Add crumbs and the feta cheese. The mixture is made of pate with mixer and season with salt and
