Air donuts

Ingredients
500 g flour
6 eggs
100 g butter
100 g sugar
100 g cream
pinch of salt
2 tsp orange liqueur
powdered sugar

Method
The dough is prepared a day earlier. Pour the flour into a deep bowl, shaped well. Pour sugar, sour cream, beaten eggs and melted butter. Mix well, pour liqueur and add salt. The dough is shaped into a ball, cover with a cloth, kept in a refrigerator overnight. Roll out the dough on a sheet with a thickness of 1.5 cm, cut into squares (10x10 cm). Allow to stand for 10 minutes. In a deep pot is heated more sunflower oil and placed 2-3 squares of dough. Once fried on one side, they turn themselves. Fry until golden (about 4 minutes). Ready donuts place on paper to drain the oil, then sprinkle with powdered sugar mixed with vanilla. Serve warm or cold.

Desi donuts are without raising agent. This recipe is from notebook with recipes of my mother and was written in 1963 I was 2 years old.

And did I was told I would have them do so comforting sound to me, thank you Sneji!

Another thing I almost forgot. During that time, my mother putting milk of Cow that you watched. A milk was thick, dense, oily - just super. Currently there are no such milk.
