Appetizer leeks

Ingredients
2-3 leeks onion
1-2 dried chillies
salt, sunflower oil, vinegar
about 50 ml water

Method
Chopped leeks. Crushed with a little salt in a wooden mortar. Pour into a bowl and seasoning with vinegar, sunflower oil and a little water. Add hot peppers, crushed or cut. Becomes even more delicious if slightly before we constipation them on the stove. * In combination with feta cheese is a great appetizer for rakia, but may be added as a sauce to various dishes. Most appropriate for lentils and beans.
