Apple pie with puff pastry

Ingredients
2 sheets of puff pastry (450-500 g)
3-4 apples
100 g walnuts
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp cinnamon
powdered sugar

Method
Apples Peel and with the walnuts and ground cinnamon. Put them in a saucepan to stew and add honey. Spread one sheet of puff pastry on a baking dish, covered with baking paper, the edges are allowed to show a little. Optional, to become crispy puff dough may be constipated for a while, as previously punctured with a fork in several places. Pour the mixture and fold edges. For slurry can add more walnuts. The second sheet of puff pastry is cut into strips (1 cm wide), which are arranged vertically and horizontally on a mixture of 0.5 centimeters from each other to obtain a grid. Optional with egg. Bake until pinking of 200-220 degrees. When cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

baking pan is 30 cm diameter. In less will get better, but not more, because you have to stretch the dough puff-and is very thin. Well it is not a dry pie, but cut as cool :) And who wants an apple-leaved less and even 100g walnuts :)

I had only one sheet of puff pastry and therefore it poraztochih to me if I became a thin pie, but a big yummy :)

I tried this recipe and it's really tasty. Next time I make them separate Porcius (something like cupcakes). Because as stand cake is soaked apples and became a little softer to eat and cutting. Otherwise really very tasty - but still has apples and cinnamon - a great combination!
