Apple roll with icing

Ingredients
5 eggs
100 g sugar
80 g flour
60 g butter
# For the puree:
1 kg apples
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp breadcrumbs
1/2 cup in large pieces battered walnuts
grated peel of 1limon
# For glaze:
100 g chocolate
2 tbsp milk
coconut flour
Method
Whip with sugar on hard snow. Add beat yolks and flour. Mix well and the resulting mixture was poured into a rectangular tray, the bottom of which is covered with a greased butter paper. Put it in the oven to bake for 10-15 minutes. Baked dough turns, remove the paper and spread the puree on top, which is prepared as follows: Peel apples and cut into small pieces. Boil in a little water, enough to soften. Water drain, apples puree and add grated lemon rind, breadcrumbs, walnuts and sugar. The dough is rolled up and put in an elongated plate. Outside smeared with melted milk chocolate and sprinkled with coconut flour.
