Apricot puff-roundabouts

Ingredients
500 g puff pastry
6-8 apricots
2-3 tbsp finely apricot jam
40 g almonds
1 egg yolk

Method
Spread the dough and cut into squares (8h8sm) and circles with a diameter of about 4 cm. Squares are coated thinly with apricot jam. In the middle of each half is placed apricot. Tucked in the corners of the squares is (always in the same direction) over apricot, pinched and cloud the Circle. Each circle is coated with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with almond nuts. Bake on middle BBQ, Tray table littered with paper 200 C.
