Ingredients
250 g of wheat
250 g sugar
200 g ground walnuts
100 g raisins
15 g white starch
800 g ice cream
Method
The grain is cleaned, washed and allowed to soak for several hours in cold water, then boiled in the same water on low heat. It produces about 1/3. Remaining grain was ground through a strainer and pour cereal mucus. To the resulting mess, bring to the boil, add the starch away with a little cold water, half sugar and set aside cooked cereal grains. The mixture boil on low heat to thicken. Finally, add the raisins, stir and pour into bowls. The remaining sugar is caramelized and Ashura pour it. Serve after cool and garnish with ice-cream and crushed walnuts.
