Ashura with pomegranate

Ingredients
500 g Hulled wheat (wheat)
200 g sugar
100 g walnuts
80 g raisins
40 g of natural wheat starch
2 tbsp rose water for sweets
2 tsp cinnamon
caster sugar sprinkling
grains called for decoration
Method
The washed wheat is placed in 3 liters of boiling water and boil until ready. Drained of liquid and back into the pan. Add coarsely chopped walnuts, mix in 100 ml cold water starch and raisins. Corn sprinkled with cinnamon and rose water, add sugar and stir well. Allow a very low heat until the mixture thicken. Ashura is distributed in small bowls. Allow to cool completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Before serving, decorate with beads called.
