Bad Tagine (Kofta tagine)

Ingredients
400 g minced meat
1 small onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp red pepper in 1/2 tsp paprika and cumin, salt
1 bunch parsley
# For the sauce:
3 tomatoes
1 onion
2 tbsp mashed
by 1/2 tsp paprika and cumin, salt
3 eggs

Method
Knead the minced meat with grated onion and other products and make small balls. We heated the oil and fry the meatballs until they are brown and remove them from the fire. Drain the fat while leaving a few drops. Put grated onion, tomatoes and spices for sauce. Sandwiching them and let the sauce simmer. After about 7-8 minutes back meatballs with sauce, put the tomato paste dissolved in 1/2 cup water. Finally tap the eggs. Serve with couscous. It is cooked in tagine -glinen vessel with a conical lid. If you do not have one, it is in a deep pan with a lid.

bad Tagine is very very tasty! Good for you! Maybe I should add that it is a real couscous instead of pasta balls. My six!
