Bahur - II type

Ingredients
1 porcine lung
500 g clippings (pork)
1 Heart
1 cup Rice
pepper, salt
savory
pig intestines
Method
Lung scalding hot water. Cut it into pieces, with the heart and clippings. Add rice, spices and salt. Wash gut with salt, turn them and doizmivame. We fill them with a confused mixture well. Tying them with tough cotton thread at both ends. Riddled with needle and redim them in a pan, the bottom of which put several wooden slats. Pour cold water. After 6-7 hours, pour the bloody water, and pour the cleaner to cover. Stacked porcelain bowl and boil on low heat. Bahurat is ready when pressing lightly with a finger bowel tear. Drain and leave to cool. Cold storage.
