Baked eggplant with mozzarella

Ingredients
2 eggplants
50 g flour
oil
400 g of tomato sauce with spices
300 g feta cheese Mozzarella
pepper
salt
Method
Wash eggplants and cut into circles, is ovalavat in flour and fry. Heat oven to 200 C. eggplants arrange in a baking dish. Tomato sauce simmer column until thickened slightly, mozzarella cut into circles. Eggplants, pour the sauce and covered with mozzarella and bake for about 15 minutes until the mozzarella turn pink.
