Baked mince, leeks and mushrooms

Ingredients
350-400 g beef or mixed minced meat
400 g cleaned leeks
200 g mushrooms, chopped
pepper, cumin, savory, salt
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp breadcrumbs

Method
Sauté for a few minutes leeks and mushrooms. Add salt and spices. Remove from the heat and let the mixture cool side. Mix the minced meat with steamed mixture. Mix well. Empty in a baking dish. Smooth the surface and sprinkle with breadcrumbs razvnomerno. Bake 30 minutes in preheated oven at 200C degrees. Serve immediately with fresh salad. * breadcrumbs can be replaced with shredded cheese. * If using a homemade mince can add 1/4 cup water.
