Batter yeast

Ingredients
2 cups (400 ml) milk
2 eggs
300 g flour
10 g yeast
pinch of sugar
pinch of salt
fat frying

Method
Yeast is diluted with a little of lukewarm milk. Sprinkle with sugar and salt and leave for ten minutes. Dilute with remaining milk and beaten eggs. Add flour and mix to obtain a smooth dough rarely. Spread the bottom of the pan with oil and heat strongly. Pour 1 ladle of dough. Pancake fry until browned, turning and fry the other side. Prepare immediately before serving. Filled with stuffing of your choice and be rolled or folded in two.

I cooked pancakes on this recipe, and I abrogates milk with yogurt, or even just warm water. There are always great!
