Beef Stroganoff - III type

Ingredients
700 g beef tenderloin
2 onions
280 ml cream
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp tomato paste
85 g butter
salt
pepper
Method
The meat is cut into narrow strips 5-6 cm long and 1 cm thick transversely to the muscle fibers. In bowl, mix the cream and tomato paste and mix well. Kindle the butter in a pan, add the onion, thinly sliced, saute, add the strips of meat, sprinkled with salt and pepper and cook very gently, so as not to harden the meat. Sprinkle with flour, stir and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Pour the cream mixture on top and stew about 10 minutes on low heat.
