Beshameleni potatoes

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
3 tbsp butter or margarine
2 tbsp flour
250 ml water
250 ml milk
1 bouillon cube
1 yolk
150 g cheese
salt
pepper
Method
Potatoes Wash and cook unpeeled. Remove, leave to cool, peel and cut in regular washers. In 2 tbsp of fat fry flour when it is golden add the milk, water and broth and stir until it boils. Allow to boil gently for 5 minutes. Then flavor was added carefully and the yolk. Do not boil over. Set aside 2/3 of the grated cheese and add to the sauce. Arrange potatoes in a greased baking pan alternating row potatoes and gravy or may simply overwhelm all the potatoes. The remaining grated cheese sprinkled on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 ° C
