Ingredients
300 g cheese
dry mashed potato flakes as you take - about '60
2 eggs

Method
Cheese is wetted with water, add some nice mashed potatoes with the skins, then in beaten eggs, again in the puree and let it sit for 15 minutes. Remove and add some egg and fry in a well heated fat.
