Bulgurena soup

Ingredients
2 and 1/2 cup (500 ml) milk
1 cup (200 g) bulgur
40 g butter
salt
Method
Fresh milk is boiled and diluted with 3 cups hot water. Add the bulgur and boil on low heat, add salt to taste. The finished soup, pour the butter and serve.
