Buns with aromatic butter

Ingredients
22 g fresh yeast (2 and 1/2 tsp dry yeast)
2 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp honey (sugar)
200 ml milk (water)
300-330 g flour
pinch of salt
# For aromatic butter:
70 g soft butter
3 cloves garlic
chopped parsley and dill
pinch of salt

Method
