Ingredients
1 kg peppers - peppers
1 onion
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
salt
Method
Peppers are roasted, peeled and cleaned. Chop the onion very finely and Grind salt until translucent. On it one at a bruised baked and peeled peppers. Pour the mixture on a little sunflower oil and confused. The dish became the most delicious when cooked in a clay pot with a wooden pestle.

It is great! You can add a little garlic and parsley. Pure Bulgarian dish.

It is very popular in Montana, but there put and call it cheese and chutney, really very tasty! Sometimes put and tomatoes, diced and drained from the seed.

Parsley, I think, is required. Garlic also would not hurt. And at any cost some acid - vinegar or lemon juice. And if you will be prepared as a light main course, you can add boiled eggs, diced, or 1 spoonful of scrambled eggs with cheese in the middle of the plate.

It is very tasty.

I will try today! But I'm going to put - cheese, parsley and garlic! Thanks for the interesting suggestion!
