Canadian pancakes

Ingredients
150 g flour
6 g of baking soda
pinch of salt
1 egg
40 ml sunflower oil
300 ml milk

Method
Sift the flour with the baking soda and salt. Place in bowl and make a well in the middle of the mixture. In a separate bowl mix the egg with 20 ml sunflower oil and milk. Egg mixture is added to the flour, pour less and stirred until a smooth mixture. Rest sunflower oil is put in a pan and heat. Carefully pour two tablespoons of the mixture in the pan - they are sufficient for a pancake. Pancakes fry for 1 minute to red. When they start to form bubbles turn with a spatula. Fry a few more minutes until the rise. Garnish with fruit syrup.
