Stuffed peppers with beans

Ingredients
500 g beans
about 12 dry peppers
2 onions
1 stalk leek
sunflower oil
mint
savory
bay leaf
salt
paprika

Method
Beans soak overnight advance . Boil and drain the water and creases. Onions and leeks finely and sauté with sunflower oil. Add Mash beans, herbs (mint, savory, bay leaf, salt and pepper). In a saucepan heat water and it is steamed peppers for 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain. Filled with bean mixture, but the bay leaf. Peppers arrange in a baking dish, pour the water from the beans and bake in a moderately heated oven.
