Caramel Cream

Ingredients
1 liter of fresh milk
2 cup sugar
4 eggs
5-6 tbsp flour
200 g butter
Method
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Yolks are broken with flour and 200 ml milk. Sugar is caramelized and to it add 800 ml milk and the butter. Stir until melted caramel. Once melted sugar mixture was added with the egg yolks. Stir until thickened. Remove from heat and leave to cool. Whip with 2 tbsp sugar and a pinch of salt and snow added to up the cold cream. Stir until a homogeneous mixture.
