Cauliflower with butter

Ingredients
1 kg cauliflower
65 g butter
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 lemon
4 tbsp breadcrumbs
parsley
salt
Method
Cleaned of green leaves and stalk of chopped cauliflower florets, washed, pour 1 cup hot salted water to which is added the vegetable oil, and boiled on low heat. Cauliflower drain, is distributed in portions warmed plates, pour with fried bread crumbs in the butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Each portion is served in 1/4 lemon.
