Charlotte peach

Ingredients
400 g peaches
250 ml milk
250 g biscuits
2 eggs
80 g sugar
1 vanilla
20 g butter spreads
fruit syrup optional
Method
Clean the peaches and cut them shreds. In a greased pan with butter biscuits arrange row, row peaches as top put peaches. Pour a mixture of milk, beaten eggs, sugar and vanilla. Bake the dessert in a water bath. Serve Charlotte fields with fruit syrup optional.
