Chicken in beer

1 chicken (about 1.5 kg)
3 onions
3 -4 carrots
1 lemon
a few cloves of garlic
150-200 g mayonnaise
2 tbsp soy sauce
seasoning for chicken
1 l lager
1-1.5 kg potatoes (possibly the same size)
salt, pepper

Prepare a marinade of pressed garlic, mayonnaise, spice chicken and soy sauce. Spread the chicken and leave in the fridge to absorb the marinade. Meanwhile, cut onion into crescents, grated carrots and peeled potatoes make cuts. Inside the chicken is inserted 3/4 lemon. The bottom of the higher court (tray) with a lid, put the onion, carrot top planing, chicken and around it - potatoes. Add salt to the potatoes and sprinkle with pepper. Pour beer. Replace lid. The dish is baked in the oven. 15-20 minutes before it becomes ready, removing the lid to allow the chicken to a nice red.
