Chicken eights

Ingredients
1 kg puff pastry
# For the filling:
500 g chicken mince
3 tbsp oatmeal
1 onion
100 ml cream
salt, cumin and black pepper

Method
Chicken mince fry with chopped onion. Add cream and boil oats. Cook until the swell is nuts. Season to taste. Puff dough is rolled into a rectangle. At one end is put 1/2 of the filling. Rolls up tight to the middle. Carefully turning. Insert the other 1/2 of the stuffing, rolls up into a roll. Obtained two rolls together, screwed opposite each other. With a sharp knife, cut into pieces 2-3 cm thick. Put to bed in a baking dish. Bake 15 minutes at 220 C.
