Chicken with olives and green peppers

Ingredients
600 g chicken
1 onion
6 green peppers
300 g green pitted olives
1 cup white wine
300 g tomatoes
salt, pepper and parsley to taste

Method
Chicken cut into portions and fry until golden brown. Remove and in the same oil fry the onion and green peppers. Add the smashed tomatoes. Cook is 5-6 minutes. Pour the wine and boil when returned to eating meat. Ready to cook the meat. Finally add the chopped olives. Season to taste. Serve with boiled rice or mashed potatoes.
