Chicken with peas

Ingredients
1 chicken
600 g peas
1 onion
1/2 cup (100 ml) white wine
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
40 g butter
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
broth trivia
pinch saffron
grated nutmeg
pepper
salt
Method
The chicken is cut 4 servings, then fry them on both sides in butter and sunflower oil and remove. In the remaining oil fry the chopped onion until yellow, sprinkle flour, fry is, pour broth and wine, stir, return chicken portions, add salt, sprinkle with pepper and stew until soft. Meanwhile, boiled peas and strain. Portions are arranged in a dish, pour the strained with sauce and garnish with peas.
