1 (1 kg) chicken
4-5 heads (300 g) onion
2-3 (200 g) red tomatoes
4-5 (400 g) of potatoes
1/2 pm .ch. (100 ml) vegetable oil
Peeled and sliced potatoes fried in fat. In the same fat fry until golden color chopped onion, then sauté the peeled and chopped tomatoes by adding a little water. In a thick sauce put fried potatoes and precooked chicken. Pour over the chicken broth, add salt and leave to simmer for 10 minutes without being capped and without stirring. When serving sprinkle with coarsely crushed black pepper and chopped parsley.
