Chicken roll with crispy crust

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
3-4 tbsp mayonnaise
40-50 g cheese
2 triangular processed Cheese
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
1 clove garlic
breadcrumbs
2-3 tbsp olive oil
50 ml beer
100 ml water
salt, paprika, pepper
parsley for sprinkling

Method
Crushed chicken breasts until thinned. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and soy sauce each of the two fillets. In a blender digest breadcrumbs with garlic and red pepper. Cut the cheese into strips and place one end of the meat. With fingers spread processed cheese on cheese and rolled up. Pin toothpicks where necessary to avoid expired filling. Spread with mayonnaise on all sides roll and roll in breadcrumbs. Put in a baking dish and sprinkle with olive oil. Put beer and water and bake at 200C degrees until golden brown.
