Chocolate mousse

Ingredients
100 g chocolate
150 g butter
3 eggs
1 lemon
Method
Chocolate is melted with the butter in a water bath. Yolks are broken and they were added chocolate and the butter and grated lemon rind. Egg whites are broken down into snow along with the lemon juice and pour in remaining mixture. Stir the mixture and distributed in the appropriate bowls and top sprinkled with chocolate sprinkles.
