Chops with olives

Ingredients
1 kg pork chops
1 cup tomato juice
300 g pitted green olives
1 cup white wine
sunflower oil
churbitsa
pepper
salt
Method
Pork cut into thin steaks and hammered. Rubbed with spices - salt, pepper and savory. Oil tray and half steak lining in it. Pour half the tomato juice and sprinkle with half of the olive previously chopped. On them lining up other steaks. Again showered with tomato sauce, a little sunflower oil and white wine. Arrange remaining olives and steak bake in moderate oven to full readiness.
