Christmas pudding

1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch of crushed cloves
pinch crushed allspice
pinch of salt
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
500 g dried fruit - raisins, dates, etc.
2 eggs
2/3 cup breadcrumbs
2-4 tbsp brandy
# For the sauce:
3 tbsp butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar
3 tbsp brandy, rum or liqueur
Dry product mix. Other products are well mixed in a separate bowl. All products were mixed and stirred until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. In a deep bowl greased with butter put pudingovata mixture so that it does not fill to the brim. Bowl wrapped with paper or fsunflower cooking oil, such as folds in the middle in order to swell the pudding. The bowl is placed in a water bath so that the water reaches 2/3 of the height of the bowl, to cook for 4 hours. From time to time add more hot water so as not to burn the pudding. If served a few days pudding is in the water bath for 2-3 hours before serving. When serving pour sauce, prepared as follows: The butter is melted in a skillet. Remove from heat, add other products and mix to a smooth sauce.
